Health

Everyone thinks about their health at some points during their life, whether they are perfectly healthy and want to remain so or if they are very ill and hope to get better. For both sexes there are a wide range of health related issues that could arise throughout a person’s lifetime.

In men there are various health issues to look out for. Prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer in men, (the prostate is the male sex gland that produces part of the semen). Cancer of the prostate could be caused by a range of factors that are not yet fully understood, with diet, family history and even ethnic origin thought to be involved to some extent. Other health issues for men could include hair loss, colour blindness, obesity, psoriasis and testicular cancer amongst others.

In women, there are also health issues to consider. The most common cancer in women is breast cancer, which again has a variety of causes. Other conditions could include ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and heart disease.

A healthy lifestyle is always encouraged by experts to make sure our health remains good. By making sure we keep healthy and protect ourselves, some of these conditions could remain out of harms way.
